June 17th  Knackered!

I am half the Andy that I normally am! All because I have just finished the first of two all nighters at work. Started at 6pm on Saturday and finished at 12 noon Sunday. Bloody exhausted! I got home, sat on the sofa while Paul made me a drink and was asleep within 30 seconds! We have started to move the shop around - all new fixturing and over 800 new lines - just wait till the customers start moaning!

June 18th  Bloody customers!

Ok, as predicted, the customers don't like their new look Waitrose! We have had comments ranging from "It is a fire hazard" to "It's a disaster" to the usual "You are always moving everything around"!  In answer I would just like to point out that we were the only branch in Waitrose that still had 30 year-old wooden shelves, we haven't had a major move around for at least 8 years and IT LOOKS BETTER!! Ungrateful sods - don't they know how much hard work we put in? We didn't do it just to annoy you!!!!!
