October 12th Victoria Wood... and new friends!

Saw Victoria Wood at the Bournemouth International Centre tonight - as expected she was well on form! The first ten minutes of the act were old material though and I heard the whole thing in stereo as Paul knows all her stuff off by heart and insisted on saying it all just before she did! I did point out that it was a little unnecessary! Its the first time I have seen her live and I have to say that I will definitely go again if I get the chance we were crying with laughter by the end!

New friends! We have finally met up with Rich and Si - I have been talking to Rich on gay.com for ages so we thought it was about time! They are really nice guys and we reckon we have some good new friends there! Lucky us :-)

October 30th Old friends!

Went to an Administration Managers' Conference in Yeovil today (not somewhere I like to go as it brings back memories). The really nice bit was that I saw a few of my old friends from work. I have rather lost touch with them over the last few months and it was great to see them again. We all went out to Cafe Rouge in Westbourne afterwards and had a great laugh - even if most of the conversation was about me being gay! (And it was a loud conversation too! (Thanks Nicky!)
