Sunday 9th February Headache

Had a great night out last night with Paul and Karen (aka Bubbles) - who used to be his boss. He has long officially been her G.B.F. (Gay Best Friend) but we haven't seen her for ages. We went to Cafe Rouge in Westbourne for a meal and lots of wine.  Ended up talking about the merits of anal sex for straight couples. Hmmm where DO these conversations start from?!

Have been suffering from a headache continuously for the last two weeks now. Saw the doctor last week but he just said I was "going down with something" - I could have told him that!! Trouble is I still have it and am starting to get a little worried.

We bought a new "all in One" remote control this week... its well cool. It's the new "kameleon" model... it lights up in a funky shade of blue and has animation on the touch screen too!

Tuesday 11th February

I still have this bloody headache... three weeks now :-( Went back to the Doc today - he said my glands were up and gave me some antibiotics - I'm not convinced.

Monday 17th February

Still suffering :-( I feel really lousy now - bad stomach, headache and no energy at all. Phoned in sick on Saturday just didn't feel like going to work. Mum and Dad came down to try to cheer me up. It was quite a nice day really - always nice to have a hug from Mum when you aren't feeling well!

Went back to the Doctors again this morning. He us going to refer me to the hospital "one-stop headache clinic" - he seemed worried about it too - I must admit that my imagination is starting to run away with me and making me think all sorts of horrible things. Got to have blood tests tomorrow - I KNOW I will pass out - I always do!

Wednesday 19th February New toy!!

Feeling really fed up with not feeling well now - so did a bit of shopping therapy last night and bought myself a new Tungsten T and its WELL cool :-) Excellent display quality. Am now going through setting it up as I want it and have just found that you can play MP3s and stuff on it too! The sound quality is great... need a bigger SD memory card now. Oh well, bonus next month - might as well spend it now! Was supposed to be in Bracknell today but just couldn't face the drive so took another day off.
